Delivery Information (UK)

We are pleased to offer free standard delivery across the UK on all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, most parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

As many of our products are hand-made, please allow 2–5 working days for delivery. For custom shoes, production times may be longer—please refer to the individual product page for specific details.

We also offer an Express Delivery option on selected items. Eligible products will be clearly indicated on the product page. Express orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide, with delivery charges starting from:

• Europe – £12.00 (estimated delivery 10–15 working days)
• USA & Canada – £20.00 (estimated delivery 10–20 working days)
• Rest of the World – £25.00 (estimated delivery up to 20 working days)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges once they reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for any additional fees incurred.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to the Middle East or South Africa.
