We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you would like to return or exchange an item. Once you’ve notified us, you then have 14 days to send the item back.

How to Return an Item

To arrange a return, please contact us first with your order details. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, all goods are checked to ensure that they are meet the conditions of being re sellable e.g. no tags have been removed; the item is not soiled; no deodorant marks from trying the garment on, etc. Once checked, a refund back to your original payment method will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return Costs

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items made to your specific requirements
  • Goods or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
